I graduated Cum Laude from Spelman College in 2012. I majored in International Studies with a concentration in History

While in High school, I worked in the medical field - working as a billing specialist for ADA Medical Supply and I interned at Cobb WellStar Hospital where I rotated departments. 

In college I worked as a Bilingual Business Banker and upon graduation, I worked for the government in the Department of Procurement. I specialize in both Finance and Contracts.

In 2020, I established Dream M Power Inc., a consulting and management firm specializing in business development, operational structuring, and strategic growth solutions. The firm provides comprehensive support to entrepreneurs and established companies in launching, organizing, managing, and scaling their operations.

In 2021, I diversified my portfolio with the creation of Destinnation Transportation, a logistics and trucking company, and Dream Blue Dispatch Services, a dispatch management firm designed to optimize fleet efficiency and operational performance.

With a strong foundation in business strategy, organizational management, and resource development, my expertise centers on guiding business owners through the execution of strategic business plans, the formulation of achievable growth objectives, and the acquisition of key resources to drive long-term success.

I currently oversee operations for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organizations that provide therapeutic services to children diagnosed with autism. In my role as Operations Manager, I manage all core administrative and operational functions, including human resources, client intake, insurance credentialing, and systems optimization.

My HR responsibilities include onboarding all personnel, overseeing applications, background checks, professional contracts, handbooks, direct deposit setup, and tax documentation. I also manage client authorization processes, staff training programs, and quality assurance systems to ensure compliance and efficiency across the organization.

Additionally, I have developed a comprehensive, scalable business model that enables BCBA practitioners to launch and grow independent ABA practices to achieve seven-figure annual profitability.

 Over the past five years, I have successfully scaled more than five companies to exceed $1 million in annual profits across three distinct industries.
